Letter to a Friend Who is Lost
LETTER TO A FRIEND WHO IS LOST
My dear brother,
I express my gratitude and desire for transformation, for I behold in our eyes the reflection of an opaque world, seduced by asilated winds that echo in the womb of meekness, yet, regrettably, resound in slavery. I see that your crimes remain unpunished, and upon you has been marked the seal of a dragon. The thefts you committed carried you to the destructive steps of human conscience, and now your very conscience challenges you, testing you with mental confusion and emotional instability.
What is expected of you? And why do you delay in delivering that which was entrusted to you? The long journeys of your soul—from misfortunes to the elevation beside the fountain of emeralds—are signs that nothing happens in vain, even when your actions resemble those of a thief who bears upon his back the weight of deviation, rebellion, and malice.
I see that you still regard yourself as enchanted, with that chip implanted in your body which spares you from harsher condemnations and allows you to walk with a certain lightness in this world shaped by bitterness and sorrow. Listen closely to your heart, for the tears that have fallen from your face will lead you back to the very point from which you departed.
For we know that time brings with it Justice. And before it, are you standing still, petrified, or do you continue on your path toward gradual transformation? Even if the winds shake your hair and the sun burns your lips, remain steadfast in the direction that dwells within you. For heavens and earth may tremble, but the building of wisdom will implode the peace that already resides in you.
May your path remain open and your journey grow, day by day, ever more certain, for we do not walk alone, and your forward steps will be seen by those who have yet to awaken. Confess your crimes and accept your sentence, for before Life, your choice shall be allowed.
