Oração do Viajante / Travelers' Prayer

ORAÇÃO DO SER VIAJANTE

Aos caminhos abertos de uma boa viagem,

Aos passos conscientes em sentido a transformação.

Assim aprecio a jornada que realizo em meu coração.

Aos trajetos que me levam a auto-aprimoração,

As passagens secretas do silêncio da oração,

Vou seguindo com firmeza em rumo à União.

Me fazendo presente e edificando minha mente,

Na estrada aberta ao conhecimento transcendente.

Me torno assim um ser mais sciente.

Firmo a minha mente e não me torno imponente,

Vejo a Estrela do Oriente e me inclino completamente.

Nas alturas que irei chegar,

Nos abismos em que posso estar,

A Virtude Divina sempre em mim estará.

O Sol sempre irá brilhar,

As Estrelas sempre a contemplar

E a Lua me vem avivar.

Viajando em terra ou em mar,

É para dentro que irei despertar.

A Sabedoria em mim nascerá 

E o Pão Divino se multiplicará.

Rogo aos céus que irei alcançar,

Para que todos também possam estar.

Na Nobreza e Pureza do Ser,

que vive e floresce e me faz renascer.

Agradeço a tudo o que me pode e irá me acontecer.

TRAVELERS' PRAYER

 To the open roads of a good journey,

To the conscious steps towards transformation,

I cherish the path unfolding within my heart's domain.

To the routes leading me to self-improvement,

To the secret passages in the silence of prayer,

I proceed with firmness, toward Unity's aim.

Being present and enlightening my mind,

On the open road to transcendent knowledge.

I become a being more aware and refined.

I steady my mind, avoiding arrogance,

I see the Eastern Star and bow in full reverence.

In the heights I shall reach,

In the depths where I might reside,

The Divine Virtue within me will always abide.

The Sun will always shine,

The Stars will always be mine to behold,

And the Moon will revive my soul.

Traveling on land or by sea,

It is within that I shall awaken and free.

Wisdom will be born within me,

And the Divine Bread shall multiply, a decree.

I pray to the heavens I will reach,

So that all may also attain that breach.

In the Nobility and Purity of Being,

That lives and blooms, making me anew,

I am grateful for all that may ensue.
